I think we have a small window of opportunity for communicating with the DUT to force a radio connection to a cell tower. If we miss that window, its going look like the software hangs but I’m not sure the LabVIEW code’s timeout is working properly. Once the engineer gets back from the holidays, I can explore the margins better of communication and timeouts and error handling on our end. Thanks for looking deeply into all this and helping me build my first ‘training’ wheel. 
I think this will be better than me trying to custom build pyjoulescope_driver everytime there is a change.
