It looks like your JS110 is running firmware 1.3.2. That serial number is in the range that is possibly affected by this issue. Could you try manually updating the firmware using the instructions on that post? Note that if this is what you already tried, no need to do it again.
If that works great! If not, it appears that the JS110 sensor side has developed a problem. Please DM me here or email support at joulescope.com with your shipping info including name, address, email, and phone number, and we will process a warranty replacement.
