Joulescope JS110 not controllable in UI

Overnight my JS110 is no longer controllable via the software on any of the 3 machines I’ve tried it on (Windows 11, Windows 10). I was just using it yesterday without any issues.

  • I’ve tried different USB cables, different machines, and direction connections with no USB hubs
  • The green status LED is on
  • The IN LED is not turning on at any point when an input power source is provided
  • The device shows up as ‘Joulescope’ in device manager as expected
  • The joulescope software sees the device but it does not show up in multimeter mode or oscilloscope mode or controllable in any way

Hi @dereki - Welcome to the Joulescope forum, and sorry to hear that your JS110 is having issues. The most likely cause is described in Section 17.5 in the Joulescope JS110 User’s Guide. I sent you a DM to see how we can best address this issue.
