Hi @Capoxi and welcome to the Joulescope forum! Unfortunately, the Joulescope UI does not yet support this feature. While it is on our future feature list, that does not help you today.

The best solution with the Joulescope UI today is to start two different Joulescope UI instances. You can then load one recording in each and stack the windows on top of each other. Not great, but at least possible. Is this good enough to make the comparison you need?
